Hi, I’m Rita – a certified life coach, language teacher, translator, interpreter, and a proud single mom.

My blogging journey started way back in 2013. Over the past decade, my life, my perspectives, and this space have evolved on and off, reflecting the beautiful, sometimes chaotic chapters of my own growth.

Through every high and low—including major life transitions, solo parenting, and a deep dive into personal development—I learned that true harmony doesn’t come from rigid rules. It comes from conscious, daily choices that honour both our minds and our bodies.

Today, this journal is a polished reflection of that harmony. It is my creative haven, and I am here to share everything I’ve learned along the way with a vibrant, unfiltered energy.

I wear quite a few hats, and I love every single one of them!

  • The Coach & Educator: As a certified life coach and language teacher, my passion is connection and empowerment. I guide women to find their voice, break through mental blocks, and build the resilience they need to thrive.
  • The Wordsmith: Working as a professional translator and interpreter means I spend my days bridging gaps between cultures and ideas. This love for language flows naturally into every article I write for you.

When I am not coaching or translating, you can find me managing a lively, warm, and wonderfully noisy household.

I am a single mother to an amazing child, and our home is shared with a joyful mini-zoo: one dog, two cats, and two degus! They constantly remind me of the importance of presence, playfulness, and unconditional love.
